Objectif:

Luminance’s project is a new residential operation, offers from the first glance, a daring architecture, plays on the contrasts of tones, lines and materials to bring a particular and innovative elegance and aesthetics.

16 apartments in the project are equipped with Lumicene technology, a circular window space which reinvents the interior / exterior relationship.

The developer of the operation aims to provide its sales forces and partners with turnkey and immersion solutions to understand the characteristics of the operation.

Thanks to our know-how and the app provided, it will allows the user to discover the exterior structure of the building through virtual reality and augmented reality, as well as the discovery of a witness apartment on a fully immersive visit.

In addition, the orbital views in high definition allow future owners to immerse themselves in their future acquisition by discovering the entrance hall, the common area as well as a view overlooking the whole of Annecy and the nearby mountains.
